Overview

  • First Capital REIT is the largest retail landlord in Toronto’s Yorkville neighborhood, with over 400,000 sqf of GLA.

  • With nearby Bloor Street’s shift from luxury retail towards more high street brands, First Capital engaged RBA to establish its properties on Yorkville Avenue as the city’s new destination for global luxury brands in Toronto.

RBA’s Scope of Work

  • RBA conducted site and market assessments and is working with First Capital to create a presentation that tells the story of Yorkville Avenue and its retail opportunities.

  • RBA worked with First Capital to identify the ideal luxury retail partners for each specific retail opportunity and has begun presenting the Yorkville Avenue retail opportunities to the identified targets in order to achieve brand commitments and the desired brand mix and positioning of the overall project.
