Objective
Nordstrom engaged RBA in the early planning stages of its first ever full-line store in Manhattan in order to create a concept that will differentiate it within the New York retail landscape, focusing on zoning, brand mix, distribution and adjacencies.
RBA'S Scope of Work
RBA met with the leaders of key brands within Nordstrom’s brand matrix in order to obtain feedback and impressions of the Nordstrom New York concept.
RBA conducted numerous workshops with Nordstrom key leaders in order to synthesize the feedback and develop novel approaches towards each store zone.
