Robert Burke:

We work with us a fantastic mall in São Paulo called Shopping Cidade Jardim and they have all the major brands, Dior, Gucci and Fendi, Hermes. They decided to bring food into the ground floor to activate it. They know their customer, they know it's a high-end customer and it's a sense of gathering. So they brought Makoto from Bal Harbour which has a great following, they’re going to be launching L’Avenue in the beginning of 2021 on the ground floor and this activated the luxury stores as well. And then above, there's a gym, and there's a theater - a luxury theater. I think, you know, malls have always been in an area that would be a community and for many places that don't have streetside shopping, and that's really the responsibility of the mall to make attractive and [provide] a sense of newness.
