Openings of Westfield’s Century City mall and popular outdoor mall The Grove, as well LA's vibrant street retail, have made the retail landscape more competitive over the years

$500M renovation by Studio Fuksas, touching all parts of the mall interior, exterior and advancing technological touch points.

The opening of the 11,000 square-foot flagship store by The Webster, designed by Sir David Adjaye.

RBA’s Scope of Work

RBA was engaged by the Taubman Group to reposition the mall within the LA retail market and to revitalize and realign the brand mix.

RBA conducted market and site assessments and an extensive outreach phase to brand executives to gain feedback and input that ultimately helped inform an innovative approach to space allocation and brand mix.

RBA continues to work with the Taubman Group to present the project to the brands at an executive level.

This work spans categories from luxury, to contemporary, to fast fashion apparel, accessories, jewelry and services.
